28NM/2 35％棉27％粘胶27％尼龙7.5％羊毛3.5％羊绒 用横机12针，9针单根喂入，横机7针双根喂入 后整理： 本产品在编织完后为了获取织物更好的手感，建议采取成衣微丝光处理。并将处理好后的成衣放入低于40℃的温水中，加入织物重量3％左右的蓬松剂或毛能净并将织物翻转后放入洗衣机搅拌3-10分钟，视绒面效果而定。洗绒后脱干，然后再注入温水（30-40℃）加入羊绒专用柔软剂和平滑剂浸泡20-30分钟脱水，在低于80℃的温度下烘干，特别应注意不能烘得过分干燥。 色牢度： 若选用颜色对比强烈的条纹织物，建议注明特别的色牢度要求。颜色以色卡为准。如若有特殊要求，烦请提前告知。 备注事项： 以上所有颜色均提供样纱备货服务。 28NM/2: 35% cotton, 27% viscose, 27% nylon, 7.5% wool, 3.5% cashmere. Used on a horizontal loom with 12 needles, single-needle feeding for 9 needles, and double-needle feeding for 7 needles. Post-processing: To achieve a better feel for the fabric after weaving, it is recommended to apply a garment-grade micro-sizing treatment. After treating the garment, place it in warm water at a temperature below 40°C, add a filler or wool cleaner that is about 3% of the fabric’s weight, and turn the garment over. Then, put it in a washing machine and stir it for 3-10 minutes, depending on the velvet effect. After washing the velvet, remove the excess water, then add warm water (30-40°C) and soak the wool in specialized softener and smoothing agents for 20-30 minutes before draining. Dry it at a temperature below 80°C, paying special attention to avoiding over-drying. Color fastness: If you choose a fabric with highly contrasting stripes, please specify any specific requirements for color fastness. Colors are subject to the color card.
