28NM/2，48NM/2棉山羊绒成份：95%Cotton棉5%Cashmere山羊绒 编织： 28NM/2，48NM/2横机12针，9针单根喂入，横机7针双根喂入后整理： 本产品在编织完后为了获取织物更好的手感，建议采取成衣微丝光处理。并将处理好后的成衣放入低于40℃的温水中，加入织物重量3％左右的蓬松剂或毛能净并将织物翻转后放入洗衣机搅拌3-10分钟，视绒面效果而定。洗绒后脱干，然后再注入温水（30-40℃）加入羊绒专用柔软剂和平滑剂浸泡20-30分钟脱水，在低于80℃的温度下烘干，特别应注意不能烘得过分干燥。 色牢度： 若选用颜色对比强烈的条纹织物，建议注明特别的色牢度要求。颜色以色卡为准。如若有特殊要求，烦请提前告知。 备注事项： 以上所有颜色均提供样纱备货服务。 Weaving: 28NM/2，48NM/2loom, 12 needles, 9 needles per strand fed individually, loom with 7 needles and 2 strands fed together. Post-processing: After the product has been woven, in order to achieve a better feel for the fabric, it is recommended to undergo a garment micro-sizing treatment. Subsequently, the treated garment should be placed in warm water at a temperature below 40°C, adding a volumizer or wool cleaner that is approximately 3% of the fabric’s weight. The fabric should be turned over and then placed in a washing machine for mixing for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired texture. After washing the wool, it should be dried, and then re-soaked in warm water (30-40°C) with specialized softener and smoothing agents for 20-30 minutes before being dried at a temperature below 80°C. Special attention should be paid to avoiding over-drying. Color fastness: If you choose a striped fabric with strong color contrasts, please specify any specific requirements for color fastness. Colors are subject to the color card. If you have any special requirements, please inform us in advance. Miscellaneous notes: Samples of all the colors mentioned above are available for stock purposes.
